A lot of owners are happy to leave it here, with the agent finding the people and a staff member giving each message a quick look before it goes.
\nOnce you have watched it for a while and you trust it, you turn on automatic sending. Now it finds the customer, writes the message, and sends it on its own, in your voice, while your team is busy with something else. They never go back to working the list by hand. They just handle the customers who reply.
\nYou end up with a business that stops losing regulars without noticing, and a team that spends its hours serving the ones who come back instead of hunting for them. Each message costs a fraction of a cent to write on your own AI account, so even running it across your whole customer list, the AI it uses comes to tens of dollars a month, billed to you directly.
