AI usage is not included: you connect your own model account (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI) and pay the provider directly. Your customer data and site content can be exported on request.

How technical do I need to be?

No coding is needed. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can run Curator day to day.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You keep your own domain, and we connect it during your onboarding call.

Which agents and models are supported?

Any agent that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) can connect, including Claude (Cowork, Desktop and Code), ChatGPT and Grok. Curator's built-in agents use your own OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI account, so you pay the AI provider directly.

What does MCP access let me do?

MCP access lets a connected agent read and update your site and CRM within the permissions you grant, so it can carry out approved work such as updating records or preparing replies.

Is setup help included?

Yes. A free onboarding call sets up your site, connects your domain and walks you through the CRM and agent connections. After that, email support is available on business days.

How is my data protected?

Your data is stored on Curator's servers and travels over encrypted connections. Only your team and the Biznitos staff assigned to you can access it. Agents get only the access you approve, and AI providers receive only what a task needs, under their business terms. The full details are in our privacy policy.

Is ongoing supervision included?

No. On the platform you supervise your own agents. If you want us to supervise the playbook, that's Setup & Run.

Can I upgrade to Setup & Run later?

Yes. Your website, records and agents are already on Curator, so Setup & Run picks up from where you are.
