How Your Assistant Gets to Your Data
Your AI assistant only sees what its job needs. You give access through your own accounts, and you can take it away at any time.
To do its job, your assistant needs to see some of your information, like your customer list or your messages. It is normal to worry about that. Here is how it works.
It only sees what the job needs
An assistant that asks for reviews needs your list of finished jobs. It does not need your bank account or your files. Before we start, we write down exactly what it will see, and you approve that list.
You give access, and you can take it back
You give access from inside your own accounts, like your email or your CRM. We never ask for your passwords. If you want it to stop, you switch off its access. You do not have to ask us first.
Where your data goes depends on the tool
- Grok Bot, Meta Muse, or Claude Cowork. You connect your apps inside the tool. Your data passes through that company's computers. For many jobs, like social media posts, that is fine.
- Custom code. The assistant runs on your own computer or server. It reads your data where it already is. Nothing is copied to anyone else.

When the work ends, the access ends
