Where your agent runs

Your agent has to run somewhere. The important part is that wherever it runs, it is under your control, not ours. We help you pick the option that fits your business, set it up, put the agent on it, and hand you the keys.

Your options

• A computer in your office. For some businesses the simplest answer is a small dedicated machine on site. It sits in your office, on your network, and never leaves the building.
• A server we rent for you. We can set up a dedicated server, or a VPS, which is a private slice of a larger machine, from a reputable provider. It is quick to arrange and easy to grow if the work gets heavier.
• Your own cloud account. If you already use a cloud service like Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud, or would like to, the agent can run there alongside the rest of your systems.

You hold the keys, whichever you choose

In every case the account and the machine are in your name. We set things up and manage the agent with access you give us, and you can take that access away at any time. If you ever want to move the agent to a different machine, you can, because it is yours.
