Is the first call free?
Yes. You tell us the job, and we tell you if an assistant can do it, which tool fits, and what it would cost. You pay nothing for the call.
Which option do I need?
If the job is simple and does not touch private details, a ready-made tool is usually enough. If it uses customer records, payments, or health details, or it must follow your exact steps, custom code is the better choice. We will tell you on the call.
Are there other costs?
With a ready-made tool, you pay for your own subscription to that tool. With custom code, you pay for your own AI account, usually tens of dollars a month, and for the computer it runs on if we rent one for you. We add nothing on top of either.
What if my job is bigger than one assistant?
Many businesses start with one job and add more later. Each assistant is priced the same way. If your job is unusually large, we will tell you the price on the call, before any work starts.
How long until it is working?
Most assistants are ready in less than a week.
